Data Processing Agreement

When Aucava processes personal data on a customer's behalf, that processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement. The DPA incorporates the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Module 2, Controller-to-Processor) where applicable.

To receive the current DPA template, please email legal@aucava.ai with your company name, registered address, and the primary contact for signature. We typically return a signed copy within five UK business days.

Our sub-processor list is published at /sub-processors. We give at least 30 days' notice by email before adding a new sub-processor to that list.
